Scout Hardware Rev 10 3/5/2017

NOTE! Revision 10 (and earlier) of the Scout ESC calls for the now obsolete VNH2SP30 motor driver ICs. This information is kept here only for reference for those who have already begun builds - new builds should use Rev 11 (or later) with the new motor driver chips. PCBs and stencils are not compatible between Rev 10 and 11. Neither are firmwares, the last version of firmware released for the Rev 10 boards is 0.90.03 on 3/11/2017. Compiled Hex v0.90.03 - This is the last firmware compatible with Rev 10 and earlier boards.
