Open Panzer Help / Requesting help: Adding pictures to a personal message

Luke-
I was wondering if you can help provide some direction on this question: Is it possible to add a picture to a personal message?
I have searched all of the links at the bottom of this page. The closest I came to an answer was with the Simple Machines Forum Online Manual under the "As a Regular User" section. This link wasn't very helpful, other than I now know that users are limited to a paltry 4+ billion messages on the forum
(weak attempt at humor here). I suspect it may not be possible to embed an image into a PM as the "Attachments and other options" link doesn't exist in PM's as it does in the regular forum message interface. Any help you can lend would be greatly appreciated!
