Open Panzer Help / Re: Firing randomly
« on: March 24, 2019, 10:20:11 PM »
Hey Luke, I figured out why it was firing randomly in case someone else has the same issue. My AUX 3 was the trainer switch and it just didn't like the positions I guess as soon as I switched it it worked fine. Thanks for all your assistance.

Open Panzer Help / Firing randomly
« on: March 13, 2019, 05:41:22 PM »
Hi Luke, I have tried looking at snoop, as soon as I hit snoop the cannon fires, it also fires when I activate my fire button, everything seems to work. It is just randomly firing, along with recoil since it is setup to recoil when firing. I have enclosed pics of the motors, function and battle tabs that I am currently running. I just don't see where or how it is doing it randomly. Do the 5 switches need to be in a certain position or something I am not seeing? Thanks

Open Panzer Help / Re: Recoil and Sound issues
« on: January 24, 2019, 12:38:03 AM »
I appreciate the help, I have the recoil working well now. It was the switch on the Turnigy 9x it wasn't a 2 position switch, so I don't know what the issue was, but I switched it to another that I knew was a 2 switch and it worked. I have to try to resolve the sound now as it does not always make the cannon fire. So I will double check the tbs mini's connections and placemment. Hopefully I will have it up by Saturday for our monthly battle at DAK.

Open Panzer Help / Recoil and Sound issues
« on: January 23, 2019, 01:11:00 AM »
Hi all, I have most of my issues worked out, but the recoil servo, recoils every 11 to 14 seconds with no sound, also it also recoils with sound ranging 9 seconds to 4 minutes between firing and recoil with sound, all without me doing anything. I have my settings set up for 9 hits, 9 seconds to reload and invulnerability set to 0. I have my function set up for Cannon  on my turnigy 9x to the back right toggle, which I have as aux3. When I do flip the toggle on my aux3, no sound or recoil. Any help would be great thanks in advance.

Open Panzer Help / Radio Help
« on: December 01, 2018, 03:15:43 PM »
Hey everyone  I appreciate any help I can get, I don't know if the radio setting or setting on the TCB need to be switched. I have a turnigy 9x and a turnigy IA8 2.4 8 channel receiver. The transmitter is on PPM with PPM i bus. When I connect to the TCB and read radio channels 1-4 are perfect and 5-8 all seem to work  on 1 toggle switch. If you switch the toggle 5 through 8 move together. I cant seem to get the individual toggles to work. Any ideas?? Thanks

Thanks jhamm, and Luke. I didnt understand when it said to plug it into the rc, I put it into the receiver and not the TCB. Its working well. I got the most things working so far ie IR xmitter and receiver. THe only issue I am getting now. The cannon fires very rapidly 1.5 seconds which i have for reload time and I cant seem to get the recoil to work yet. I will post later if I cant figure it out. Thanks for the help guys I am glad it was easy and it works.

Open Panzer Help / New to OP TCB and need some troubleshooting
« on: October 18, 2018, 12:39:18 AM »
Currently working on HL M1 with an OP TCB and XCAR esc's. I have followed the setup  with TCB set to RC output for drive turret and barrel. I plugged left ESC to RC output 1 and right ESC to RC output 2. Throttle is set to 2, steering is set to 1. When  starting the tank and giving it throttle on right track moves. Same with the steering only the corresponding left track moves. I would assume, I need a Y cable for both of the ESC's to plug into the receiver as per drive and turret  instructions under RC output, am I correct in this or am I missing something. Thanks

Open Panzer Help / TCB connection issues
« on: May 18, 2018, 07:31:09 PM »
Just got my TCB the other day, I have downloaded the appropriate software. The computer sees the com port, but when I connect it to the TCB, is does not connect. There is some thing in Device manager on the comport that I do not know. I am sure it is the issue, but I do not know how to resolve it. Any help would be great.

This is what the yellow triangle is saying on the comport: Windows cannot determine the settings for this device.  Consult the documentation that came with this device and use the Resource tab to set the configuration. (Code 34)

Thanks
