problems connecting TCB

Can anyone help me with the following,
1- I have istalled the USB drivers according specification
2- I have installed OP config
3- As soon as I try to connect the system starts trying to connect with the TCB but comes always back with the message "disconnected from device"
4- I reinstalled the USB driver more than one time, also in the way proposed by LuckZ on 13 july 2017.
Com port settings are Baudrate 115200, databits 8, parity none, stopbits 1.
System is windows 7
Anybody an Idee how to solve, I have read all the pages on Wiki, I have no more idees?
If the TCB is connected red en green led blink fast, logical radio not connected

Some people have had issues with connecting and they have found a work-around:
- Plug the TCB into your computer with the USB cable
- Open OP Config and select the correct COM port
- Go to the Firmware tab and click "Snoop" button
- If Snoop connection is successful you will see some messages in the console (either waiting for radio, or if radio is detected some diagnostic information)
- Wait for messages to console to complete
- Now click the Connect button, the TCB should complete the full connection and you can read/write settings

This is mentioned on the Troubleshooting page of the Wiki. If any other tricks are discovered they will be added to that page.

Try this and see if it works for you.
