Outstanding!  I am excited to try and print some of this, (newbie 3d printer here)
If you ever build a TCB/TBS holder for a Sherman (Taigen, HL, Tamiya) let me know, I could use one of those too.

Thanks so much for sharing those STLs!

Enjoy,
Shad

You are welcome! I will be adding new holders for these models in time! I'm very curious about your builds and feedback!

My builds are very very slow.  I get very little time to build.  My E8 is maybe 1/4 done and its been over a year since I started it.  I have the parts for a Firefly VC next to it patiently waiting also.  I am a rookie modeler and really slow at assembly and painting these things.  Ill keep at it though.  Real work takes most my time.

Thanks again,
Shad

Any more progress on files for the the 3D printed mounts for OP, RX, and TBS?

Hi Shad, Yes.. I now also have a full interior for the Torro Kingtiger AND the Tiger.. Shame the TCB is discontinued by Hobbyking.. But i still have plenty lying around!
I will scrape the files together and post them tomorrow!

Sounds great!

Yes, sad HK quit with the TCB.  Time to sharpen the soldering skills and reflow skills so one can assemble on their own.

Thanks,
Shad

Looks great!  Very neat and clean.
I hope mine will look that nice and neat.

I think it sounds good through my PC.
I might run it through the Tamiya speaker via the TBS mini and see how it sounds.

I find making the sounds very difficult :o  I think it takes hrs of practice to make one good sound file, let alone, a whole tank sound system.  You should be able to share the WAV in a zip file.  Thats how I have posted them before.  Im far from being computer savy ;)

Very nice Johnny!  Great job on the inside with the neat wiring.  So many tanks I see look like a rats nests of wires underneath just waiting to have issues.  Do you make any gearbox covers to keep the grease/lube off your wires and electronics?  I really like the mount you made for the Open Panzer to hold your Benedini, that is something any open panzer could use.  Great Job!

Just purchased a TCB USA off ebay. Broken DIP switch #5.   Still able to use it so I kept it.

If you are good with a soldering iron it could be a cheap fix.

Great find Jerry!

I have a couple of these AMPS I bought from Dan at Battle Armor with the TBS minis when he was still in business.
They are larger than the one you have.  I like yours for use in smaller spaces.  I think I might try one to see how it compares.

This was off Battle Armors site;

This little gem produces 15 W X 2 channels of clean sound to give your tank some rumble and punch.

Customized to make hook up to the Benedini TBS quick and simple

Thanks

Try loading the Thomas sound files to everything, use only his sounds from his downloads.  See if you can get it wotk that way first.  Also, make sure the sounds from the sound file are in the right parameter spot.  I was a little confused with this at first because they are not the same in the sound file page.

I have 3 "squeek" sounds in the TBS.  I loaded them in sound # 12, 13, 14 on the params page.
They are enabled in the OP and set at the default OP settings.  I dont hear them while running the throttle.
Are these sounds workable with the TBS mini?

Thanks,
shad

Thanks for the info guys, as I was wanting to adjust volume with the pots also.
I will give it a try.
