Release Notes

- The last release attempted to increase the number of switch positions for digital RC channels to 12, 
  this turns out to be unworkable at present and the number has been reduced to 9 (still up from 6 previously).
- Added functions to enable/disable/toggle the smoker preheat delay on the fly.
