Release Notes

- Add sound-bank functionality - two banks of 20 sounds that can be manipulated like a standard playlist, 
  eg play next, play previous, play random. Will require TCB/OP Config/INI Creator version 0.93.40 or later. 
- Random selection of sound groups is now truly random (previous implementation was not truly random). 
- Add firmware ability to recognize V3 hardware.
