- Firmware changes to accommodate the new MAX9768 10 watt amplifier on the second hardware version of 
  the sound card. Firmware can now detect the hardware version automatically. 
- Various adjustments to help avoid clicking/popping/hissing sounds at startup and when sounds are not 
  playing.
