Release Notes

-  Break up the sketch into tabs for easier reading. 
-  Add options to brake motors when stopped, and to "drag" the slower track to try to prevent it from 
   freewheeling faster than desired in certain applications. Both options default to off on boot but can 
   be set by the user via serial commands. 
-  NOTE: This is the last firmware version compatible with Scout Rev 10 and earlier boards that use 
   VNH2SP30 motor driver chips.
